CIRCLIP GROOVING INSERTS

Grooving inserts with straight (“sharp”) edges.

Our range of grooving inserts is designed to work with ISO-standard thread turning tool holders, and deliver high-quality grooves. These inserts are manufactured using a variety of blank sizes:  11 mm (1/4″), 16 mm (3/8″), 22 mm (1/2″).

Notes:

• Same insert can be used for External + Right Hand, and for Internal + Left Hand jobs
• Same insert can be used for Internal + Right Hand, and for External + Left Hand jobs

• For inserts with size of 16 mm (3/8″), use AE 16-0 or AI 16-0 anvils

Grades:

M20;-

PVD TiN coated universal grade for low cutting speeds. Works well with a wide range of steels, stainless steels & Cast Iron (P20-P40,M30-M50, K25-K40)

TP04;-

PVD Hyperlox coated grade for low cutting speeds. Works well stainless steels & Super Alloys (M10-M30, S05-S20)
